APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Initial applications will only be accepted and considered completed when they are submitted with the following materials:

  • Application form completed with all information requested.
  • Release & Agreement form legibly printed and signed.
  • Be sure to include full name as it should appear in all the academic documentation AND two current email addresses (sometimes schools block our emails due to filters, AND EMAIL IS OUR MEANS OF COMMUNICATING ALL INFORMATION).
  • Current passport-size original photos (2”x2”): 8 for Spain programs and 5 for Costa Rica and Italy programs.
  • $100 registration fee (non-refundable).

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION

Early Summer program:  Mar. 15
Summer programs:         Mar. 22

For groups, deadlines for applications and payments may vary—please check with your sponsor.

If sent after deadline, please include a $100 late applicant fee.

You may complete the form online before printing. If your browser does not support applications, phone for an application or send an email to info@mlsa.com. All applications submitted require $100 application processing fee, payable to MLSA and 8 recent passport size photos 2" x 2" with your name on the back.
